  • Why does my renamed .jpg file fail the format check? Changing a file's extension does not change its underlying format. The tool reads the actual binary header to detect the real format.
  • How do I convert to exactly 1 MB? Enter 1024 in the max size field (KB). The tool will compress quality until the target size is met, or report if it's impossible at the given dimensions.
