The four requirements to verify
Submission portals commonly restrict pixel dimensions, actual file format, and maximum file size at the same time. Renaming an extension does not convert the underlying image.
Step 1. Inspect the original
Open the Submission Spec Converter and choose a JPG, PNG, or WebP image. Its dimensions, size, and actual format appear immediately without an upload.
Step 2. Enter the requirements
- Copy the required width and height in pixels.
- Enter the maximum size in KB. For a 1MB limit, use 1024KB.
- Select the required JPG, PNG, or WebP format.
Step 3. Choose a fit mode
- Fit all: keeps the whole photo and adds padding.
- Fill: preserves aspect ratio and crops the center.
- Stretch: forces exact dimensions but may distort the image.
Step 4. Verify every result
Check the individual dimension, size, format, and metadata statuses. If a fixed resolution cannot reach the target size, the tool reports failure instead of claiming compliance.
